Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday and leave us within 24-hours. If your order is placed before 2:00pm AEST, we aim to have it shipped the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will ship the next business day. Once your order has shipped, your package will usually arrive within a week, but this depends on your location.
Free Standard Shipping is available to United States addresses with order values over $50 USD.
United States Deliveries
Your order will ship from our warehouse in Australia. Our "final-mile" carrier is USPS, shipments are handed over to USPS from Australia Post for local delivery on standard parcel based mail. Some orders will ship on DHL Express. Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Any import duties and taxes will be covered by ScreenShield. We ship to all 50 states.

Shipments handled by USPS may be eligible to be added to Informed Delivery®, where you can preview your mail and initiate a redirection, redelivery or hold. Learn more about USPS Informed Delivery®.

Custom made screen protectors often have slightly longer lead times, this is based on the design and cut process and the number of protectors needing to be produced. We will let you know expected shipment dates at the point of purchase.
International Deliveries
Our main carrier for International Deliveries is Australia Post International. Parcels are trackable at Australia Post, or the local postal or EMS operator. We will update your order with the tracking information once the order ships.
If you're located in NZ, US, UK, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan or Canada, ScreenShield covers all import duties and taxes. For other countries, we'll happily ship - but please note that import duties may be applied by local authorities.

Changing your shipping address
You can self-change your shipping address on the order confirmation page right up until your order ships. You can access the order confirmation page after your order is received, or from within the order processing email.
We're unable to take any responsibility for a package delivered to an incorrect address where the information provided by the customer is inaccurate.
Please check your browser address autofill settings as sometimes incorrect or outdated addresses are passed in the customers web browser and as always, we recommend checking carefully your shipping address in the order confirmation page and make any updates as soon as possible. Once your order ships, we're unable to update the delivery address.
Once your order ships we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link, Click ‘Track my order’ on the email to go through for live updates, Please don’t be alarmed if you see no movement within the first 24 hours whilst your package enters the postal network.
We get it! It’s frustrating but these things happen time to time! Reach out to our team with your order number. We will double check the correct address and help arrange a replacement.
Please note at busier times of the year its normal for some packages to take slightly longer to be delivered due to the global strain on the postal networks.
Yes! We deliver to all these options, please clearly type these in the address field at the checkout, if your order is getting shipped to a military base, please include the appropriate ID number.
We ship to all 50 US States.
Last year we shipped to a whopping 48 countries! All international parcels are on a tracked shipping service, and we provide real-time estimates of how long these will take when you get to the checkout.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, any order placed over the weekend is usually shipped on a Monday. Larger orders, Custom designs and wholesale orders may take slightly longer.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered will depend on the shipping service you select in checkout, but below are some guidelines on delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: Approx 7-14 Bus Days
- Express Shipping: Approx 5-8 Bus Days
- DHL Express Courier: Approx 3-5 Days
If you need your order urgently, we reccommend selecting DHL Express.
This happens time to time, contact the team and we'll get working on a replacement asap. Snap some pictures of the damaged parcel for us! We'll get a replacement shipped out to you asap.
Orders shipped on standard and express are delivered to you by USPS. All these orders are tracked, and you are provided with a tracking number.
Please note we offer a DHL Express service at the checkout. This is the quickest way to get your order, and generally is delieverd within 3-5 Days.
